Is tailgating allowed in my parking location?

Tailgating is not allowed in NFL controlled lots due to space. Please remember, you must have a ticket to the game to park in Super Bowl LIV designated parking locations.


Are there different permits and costs associated with cars, sprinters, buses, etc?

Yes. Each vehicle type has a unique permit type and associated cost which are not interchangeable. Car permits will not work for limos, buses or vice versa. Super Bowl LIV has two different permit templates. Standard size automobiles (Car/SUV) is a print at home parking permit. Oversized vehicles which include limousines, sprinter vans, mini buses and motorcoaches (bus) is a printed placard that requires a physical address for Fedex delivery. You will need to make two separate purchase transactions if you are purchasing both standard size automobile and an oversized vehicle.


What is an oversized vehicle? Where do I park if I have an oversized vehicle?

An oversized vehicle is a vehicle that does not fit in a standard size parking spot. This includes limousines, sprinter vans, minibuses and motorcoaches. Limited space is available in select parking locations.


How will I receive my parking permit once I’ve completed my purchase?

Most parking permits are print at home. You must print the parking permit and present it to the parking assistant when you arrive at the parking location. Treat this parking permit as you would money. Do not copy the parking permit, the barcode is only valid for one scan which is one vehicle entry. Oversized vehicle parking permits are a printed placard that will require delivery of your order. Shipping fees apply. FedEx cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes so, therefore, a physical address is required for shipping. Parking permit placard orders will begin shipping on January 15, 2020. An email notification that includes the tracking number will be sent once the order has shipped.


Is my parking permit refundable or returnable?

All parking permit sales are final. Before purchasing parking permits, carefully review your event details, dates, times and ensure you have access to a printer to print your parking permits. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and garages; generally, prohibit ParkMobile from issuing exchanges or refunds after a permit has been purchased. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to the permits you purchased.


I am an international customer; how do I purchase permits?

If you live outside of the U.S., you are welcome to go online to make your purchase. If you would like assistance, please call 866-715-7210 and a customer service representative will gladly assist you with your order.


Are shuttles available from my parking lot?

There are no shuttles from any of the parking lots to the stadium.


What time do the parking locations open and close?

All parking lots open at 1:00PM EST and close at 1:00AM EST (February 3). Overnight parking is not available. Vehicles must be removed from the parking location by 1:00AM (February 3). Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.


We are taking a Taxi, Uber or Lyft to the game, where can we be dropped off?

Those utilizing Uber, Lyft or taking a taxi will be dropped off and picked up in Lot 15/16.


I require a disabled parking space. Can I still purchase a permit?

Certainly! ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) parking is offered in select parking locations. A state-issued ADA tag must accompany your ADA parking permit and the person to whom the tag is issued must be present in the vehicle. Details of your placard are required at the time of purchase. Once you have purchased an ADA parking permit, you will be contacted to confirm your placard details and determine your needs once parked. The Mobility Assistance Team will be onsite on Gameday and available in the ADA parking ramp to assist anyone with mobility needs get from their vehicle to their seat.


Is there a Will Call option for my parking permit order?

What do I have to do once I receive my print at home parking permit?

Once you have received your confirmation email, it will include a link to View/Print your parking permit. Click on that link and print at your convenience. You are ready to go! Parking permits do not have to be printed in color.


How long will it take to receive my parking permit using the print at home option?

(ePermit only – Car/SUV) – Your confirmation email, with the link to directions and your ePermit, will arrive immediately. We ask that you also check your junk or spam mail folder for this email. Should you not receive any emails prior to the event, please contact our customer service center immediately at 866-715-7210 so that we may re-send your ePermit.

Parking permit placard orders will begin shipping January 14, 2020. An email will be sent that will include the FedEx tracking number once the order has been shipped.


Can the barcode be scanned from my Smartphone?

For Super Bowl LIV, we do require that all print at home parking permits be printed and presented to the parking assistant upon arrival.


Can I resell my parking permit to another attendee?

While your parking permit is transferable to another customer, a strict anti-scalping policy in effect for Super Bowl LIV. You may sell your permit for face value and any orders found that violate this policy will be subject to cancellation. Do not copy the parking permit, the barcode is only valid for one scan which permits one vehicle entry.


Do you accommodate RV parking?

How can I receive driving directions?

All parking permit orders will include directions to the parking location on the print at home parking permit or the back of the printed placard. Please turn off your GPS when arriving at the stadium. A traffic management plan is in effect and failure to follow the approved routing instructions may result in severe delays.

Why can I only purchase a limited number of permits?

Parking is limited around Hard Rock Stadium and we strongly encourage fans to carpool. In addition, this policy discourages unfair parking permit buying and selling practices.
